Project Works Included:

- Site preparation, lighting, and water works for all joint contracts within the project.
- Construction and execution of piling, concrete foundations, steel structures, finishing, and electromechanical works for a building accommodating two gas turbines.
- Construction and execution of piling, concrete foundations, steel structures, finishing, and electromechanical works for a building accommodating one steam turbine.
- Construction and execution of concrete foundations, steel structures, finishing, and electromechanical works for the control building (CBE).
- Construction and execution of piling and concrete foundations for two boiler buildings (HRSG 1 & 2).
- Construction and execution of the intake building directly on the Nile River, with dimensions of 82 meters in length and 56 meters in width, and an excavation depth of 13.5 meters, in addition to the execution of the electromechanical works for its associated electrical building.
- Station The treatment plant consists of basins, buildings, and laboratories.

- Service buildings (office building, warehouse building, mosque, and client office building)
- Piping and network works, including all underground systems, as well as prestressed concrete pipes with a diameter of 2500 mm, and tunneling under the Nile from the project (UG Piping) to the island, and gas lines.
- Hydraulic works, including the pumping room, receiving and sinking room, revetment works for the small and large islands, curtain walls for the large island, intake building, and guides on the Nile bed, and monitoring and tracking the flow of Nile water in the project area in cooperation with the Hydraulics Institute.
- Land network works for the entire project and cable duct works.
- Mechanical systems works, such as:
- Trash rake, gantry crane, HVAC, traveling screen, and stop logs.
- Electrical works, including the installation of panels, laying of medium and low voltage cables, lighting panels, fire alarm systems, and the information and communication network, connecting it to all buildings.
- Diesel tanks, filtration, condensation, and desalination plants. Roads, general site landscaping, and slope support resulting from significant level differences.

The work was executed according to the project's technical specifications and in accordance with international American standards or their equivalent German standards, to a high standard and in compliance with industry best practices and the American code.
